Delete your CityKlub account and data.

What happens next

1. Send your request. Include the phone number registered to CityKlub, with its country code. If you no longer have access to that number, explain this in your email.
2. Verify account ownership. Our support team will explain any verification needed before processing deletion. Sending a phone number alone does not prove ownership.
3. Receive confirmation. We process requests manually and email you when deletion is complete.

Never send passwords or SMS verification codes by email.

We aim to complete your request within 30 days of receiving it. If account verification causes a delay, we will explain what is needed and keep you informed.

What we delete

Once ownership is verified, we delete your account and associated app data, subject to the limited safety retention below:

• Your login account and registered phone number.
• Your profile, photos, introduction, and interests.
• Your messages, hosted plans, and their associated chats.
• Your participation records and associated activity data.
• Your notification settings and device notification tokens.

Deletion is permanent. Your hosted plans and their chats are removed, and your participation in other people’s plans ends. Deleted account data cannot be restored through the app.

What we retain and for how long

Existing safety reports and related moderation evidence are retained with restricted access for 90 days after account deletion to support safety investigations. These retained records are then deleted.
